A Monthly Community Practice

A live monthly space to move, soften, and release what your body has been holding.



What is Grounded?


A 60-minute live monthly movement and meditation practice held on Google Meet. Each month will offer a new theme, with past themes like slowing down, letting go, future self connection, inner safety, etc.


Each 60 minute practice includes:


  • 20–25 minutes of gentle somatic movement (combination of fascia releases, meridian resistance exercise, and lymphatic drainage)
  • A short guided meditation or practice to settle your nervous system
  • Time for reflection or journaling
  • Optional space to share or ask questions

These movements are slow, accessible, and adaptable.


They’re designed to support:

  • fascial hydration and release
  • emotional tension stored in connective tissue
  • meridian flow and energetic balance
  • lymphatic circulation and immune support
  • nervous system regulation

Think of it as emotional processing through the body.


There’s no pressure to perform or get it “right.” Just a shared space to move, breathe, and let your system recalibrate.


Everything is grounded in intention, presence, and respect for one another.


Grounded IS NOT-


  • This is not therapy or coaching.
  • This is not a fitness class or performance-based yoga.
  • This is not a class with goals, homework, or outcomes.
  • You won’t be asked to share unless you want to.
  • You don’t need to arrive calm, flexible, or “ready.”

You’re welcome exactly as you are.

This space is for you if:


  • Your body feels tight, stuck, or overwhelmed
  • You hold stress in your shoulders, jaw, hips, or chest
  • You want to feel your emotions in your body instead of analyzing them
  • You’re drawn to slowness and nervous system regulation
  • You’re tired of urgency disguised as growth
  • You enjoy my writing and want a more embodied, live version of it

If you’re looking for high-intensity workouts or quick transformation promises, this may not be the right fit. And that’s okay.


How it works:


This practice is offered on a sliding scale.


Suggested contribution: $10–30 per session


You’re welcome regardless of what you can give. If you have more financial capacity, contributing at the higher end helps sustain this space.


Contributions are made via Buy Me a Coffee.


Your support helps cover the time, preparation, and energy that go into holding this space.

You can come once, occasionally, or regularly. There’s no long-term commitment.

A final note


I’m still learning too. This space isn’t about having answers. It’s about practicing presence together, in real time, in real bodies.
